Bay window replacement in bedroom. Paul was our sales contact, very professional, no pressure just supplied quotation and suggestions. Peter and his team did our installation today. Again, very professional, extremely careful inside our home, protecting all areas while working. Outside they spent a lot of extra time and care to be sure it looked right. Clean up was complete. Have used Albern before and would use them again. Very satisfied.

Had our windows installed 13/03/23 and could not be happier with how things turned out! We came across Albern Windows and Doors when we were looking for Emtek hardware to purchase for our home. My husband went into the showroom and picked up some brochures for doors while he was there. From the initial inquiry to the design and installation of our front door, our experience was fantastic! We never felt rushed or pressured to spend more than we wanted. I have a solarium built by a long-gone company. About 15 years ago about half (9) of the sealed units had failed. I got Albern to replace them. They did a great job and since then none of those have failed. Now that last of the originals have failed and I just got Albern to replace the rest (10). This is a tough job as there is no frame on the windows that you can come and just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. Each sealed unit fits in a ledge in the wood. You must painstakingly remove all the old trim and caulk before you can lay in and caulk the new ones. It took 2 days to do the 10 windows. The two installers did an amazing job, and it looks great. I am very happy with the results.

I previously purchased and had installed a storm door from Albern, and the service and product were both excellent!! More recently I needed a small but necessary repair, so I got in touch with Paul the owner. He immediately ordered the parts and as soon as they came in, he himself was at my door doing the repair which took about an hour. Upon completion, he would not accept payment. Excellent after sales service!!

My wife and I really did our research before choosing a window and door company for our home. As soon as we walked in the doors at Albern we were made to feel like family.
